Stainless Steel Cake and Pastry Rings
Crafted from Premium 304 stainless steel, our rings are built to withstand daily commercial use. Each ring is fully welded, ground smooth, and electro-polished to achieve a near seamless and highly polished finish that will never rust, chip, or flake.
Why Stainless Steel?
Unlike aluminum rings, stainless steel is superior in refrigerated environments, will never leach a metal taste onto your foods, will not alter the taste of your foods, and will never fracture or pit.
Instructions for use
- Ensure that you prep your rings as you would any cake pan with a release coating.
- Arrange rings
on a sheet pan with either parchment paper, silicone mat, or other liner.
- Set ingredients into rings and bake or prepare according to recipe.
- You're done! Now sit back and see how easy the clean up is!
FAQs
Will my batter pour out the bottom of the ring? Cake batter is very dense and you will experience VERY little to no leaking at all. This is why we recommend a liner underneath to eliminate leaking. This also helps with warped sheet pans.
How do they bake? They will amaze you! Cakes baked in stainless rings will bake faster than aluminum so a lower temperature (25 degree drop) is recommended.
Can they be placed in freezers? Absolutely! In fact, stainless steel performs better in cold environments BETTER than any other metal. This makes our stainless rings a fun and better choice for ice cream cakes, mousse, and other refrigerated desserts.
What can you make with them? This is the best part. Rings can be used for cakes, mousse, ice cream cakes, French entremets, individual pastries, layered desserts, cookies cutters, pancake rings, vertical foods, salads, sushi, and so much more! |
